My Favorite Things Tweet Greetings card kit count down day 1

Hello everyone!

Welcome to count down day 1 of MFT Tweet Greetings Card Kit! This kit and the add ons are so adorable that I made several card examples to show you how versatile the products are.

I have a ‘1 kit- 5 cards’ post for tomorrow but today, I’m going to share a couple of cute designs you can make using products from the kit and some basic dies from your own stash. I will link to all the products used at the end of the post.

Here is my first card-

I started by cutting a 4″×5.25″ Smooth White cardstock panel and ink blended clouds using Sno Cone Premium Dye ink. I used ‘Arched Happy Birthday ‘ Die-namics for the sentiment. I die cut out the letters from the patterned paper (in the picture) from the ‘Happy Patterns’ paper pad that is part of the kit.

I die cut the ‘Heartfelt fence’ and adhered it on the panel. For the rainbow hearts, I cut them out from the same patterned paper as the sentiment. I positioned the die in such a way that each heart in the die would cut each colour in the pattern and using inlay technique, adhered them on the fence. I also added a small strip of grass at the bottom of the fence. I put together a couple of small birds and adhered them facing each other on the fence. To finish the card, I stamped a sub sentiment and adhered the panel on a card base.

My second card is soft and sweet. I chose only pastel colours for this one.

This is a very simple window card. I started by creating the heart window on Sno Cone cardstock. I used double A2 stitched rectangle STAX Die-namics and die cut the window panel for a more finished look.

On s white card base, using the pool panel for reference, I ink blended clouds. I die cut the branch, leaves and the birds. I adhered the panel with the window on the card base and assembled all the die cuts too. I finished the card with a stamped sentiment.

Supplies used- (all the links related to the kit will start working from 22nd Feb, 10 AM EST.)
