Hello everyone!
Here is a happy announcement…. I joined Crafty Meraki DT and my first post for them went live a couple of days ago. Just wanted to share what I made here.
Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity, Bindu!
Crafty Meraki store is based in the US and loaded with products from amazing brands including newly released products from leading brands. Check them out now!
I chose Heffy Doodle products to play with for my first post. I will link to the products I used at the end of the post.
Here is the card set I made-
For the first card, I created a grey frame using Imperial stitched rectangle dies. For this purpose, I chose the largest and the third largest rectangle dies. I inked the card base with Distress inks.
I also die cut a border using Stitched Slopey Joes border dies. I coloured the images from Yappy Happy mail stamp set using copic markers, cut them out using coordinating dies and assembled the card.
Note- The interesting thing about coordinating dies for this stamp set is that three of the dies make slots in your stamped images that enable us to tuck in tiny stamped images. (The two mail boxes and the paper plane) How fun is that!
My next card features Imperial stitched rectangle dies and Yappy Happy mail stamp set.
I sponged Distress Oxides on grey stitched rectangle panel, adhered the images and stamped the sentiments. I then adhered the finished panel on a white card base.
For my final card, I used Imperial stitched rectangle dies, Yappy Happy Mail stamp set and First Snow stencil.
I cut a stitched rectangle panel from grey cardstock and put it aside. I cut out a white panel measuring 4″×5.25″ and sponged Distress Oxide inks using First Snow stencil very lightly. I sponged blue ink for the sky snd assembled the card.
Here is the list of products I used for today’s card set.
1. Yappy Happy Mail and Coordinating dies.
2. Imperial stitched rectangle dies
3. Stitched Slopey Joes border dies
4. First snow stencil
5. Distress Oxides ( I used Peeled paint and Faded Jeans)
6. Distress Inks ( I used Faded Jeans, Mermaid lagoon, Peeled paint and Forest moss)
7. Blending brushes
I hope you like the cards I made today. See you soon.
Hugs…
Sindhu.
