Fly away friends card set…

Hello!

I can’t wait for the weekend to be here already! How about you? I had made maby cards pver the last couple of weeks but had not been getting much time to write a post for them.

Here is the card set I made using Pretty Pink Posh products. I absolutely love the stamps Paulina designs as they are absolutely cute and they go well with my style of card making.

Usually when I make cards, I don’t plan them in advance. I just start making them and go by the way I feel once I start. But the card sets I made recently are different. I planned them in advance. I coloured all the images, coloured them using zig and fussy cut all of them. I created a mask using a Mama Elephant cloud die from a sheet of acetate so that I could use it over and over again.

I inked up the sky using Altenew dye inks.

After sponging the clouds, I die cut out the panel using one of the Simon Says Stamp stitched rectangle dies. I adhered everything down and stamped the sentiment. Adhered the panel onto a card base.

This id an interactive slider card… I used a knofe to cut out the slider slot. See below how this works…. 🙂

The last card is almost a one layer card.  I masked the whole card base but circle and sponged inks using the cloud template I had created.

I stamped the sentiment and a few heart clusters and traced out a circle with a black pen. I adhered the image using a foam take for some dimension.

That’s it for today from my side. 🙂
