I have a couple of cards to share with you today that I had made for the Little Tangles challenge.
Here is my first card… On both the cards I did some masking with washi tape and sponged some dye inks through the stencil ‘Rice paddies’.
This is how the masked and inked background looked like before adhering everything on it. I used three shades of blue to achieve that ombre look.
Since the background turned out bright, I used vellum to make the images stand out from it.
I added some Pretty Pink Posh clear droplets as they look like water droplets on the blue background. 🙂
Now, to the next card…
I masked the area around the card base to achieve e rhombus shape. I then inked with soft brown ink as I wanted the area to be the sand.
On this card, I adhered a few images behind the vellum so as to keep the design more interesting and for some depth. I love how the peeking sun looks!
